Everybody who's reading this blog should know for a FACT that I'm a computer super freak. Having said that, what comes next should not at all surprise you.
Google Maps is a really cool feature. You can look satellite images of locations, maps, etc. You can also use their API to pinpoint places and reference them later. Well...that's what I'm starting to do with things we like to do or places we like to go in Okinawa. There's a lot I still want to do to this website, but this is just a start. For those of you who have been trying to call us for the last couple of weeks and our Internet Phone rings 4 times and then you get voicemail, I think I've fixed the problem. See...on our end, the phone would never ring. So, we thought nobody we were missing all these calls because we'd get a whole bunch of voicemails emailed to us!!
Anyway, it should be good now. Sorry for the delay in fixing things...you'd think that someone who did this for a living would be able to fix it quickly, huh?

One last entry for now. Did I mention how tired I am lately? Well, the last two days I have gotten up at 0500 to a) take care of Sumo and b) to make phone calls back to the States to deal with issues at work. The day before that I was up at 0430 to shower and everything before meeting at work for PT at 0530. This whole week has been one big hair ball of a week. The MEU got back, so one of our flying squadrons came in and we had to cut them over to the wonderful and amazing NMCI (can you smell the sarcasm?), we're preparing for the next UDP cycle to come over here, and a whole bunch of other things.
Well, stupid me stays up until 2240 last night doing STUPID STUFF. I was reading Craig's List for like two hours. If you don't know what that is, it's kind of like a free online classified section. They have a section called "Rants And Raves" where people can rant or rave about various topics and other people comment on them. Some of them are HILARIOUS. Two of the ones that I thought were hysterical are these:

Wanna know a secret? I told Lisa about Craig's List about 4 years ago...now she reads the rants and raves and some "other" sections for entertainment about once a week. She's turning into such an Internet junkie!!! Man, do I love her!
